  • The Gujarat University’s Bachelor of Science (BSc) course has seen an unprecedented rush of admission seekers with around 22,000 students completing online registration on Wednesday, a newbie day for the process. The record-breaking numbers however have not made principals of Science colleges happy as they feel this surge is due to the uncertainty clouding National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) results. Most principals feel that once admissions to Undergraduate Medical Courses begin, colleges offering BSc may have to handle with empty classes. Last year, around 15,000 students had registered for BSc for around 8,000 seats.
